To the dude in Brunswick who towed my car today (overstayed in a parking spot 'cause I read the sign wrong), thanks again for stopping as soon as u saw me freaking out taking panic-pictures and letting me collect my car on the spot 😭 The cost may have completely bricked my wallet, but I can't deny that customer service was still a 5/5 and that dude deserves a raise

I parked in a clearway in front of Subway and as he was getting ready to tow my car I quickly jumped in! The Neanderthal looking tow truck driver started going ballistic and yelling at me in a very uneducated manor but theres nothing he can do once your in the car....I found this quite humerous as he demanded I get out of my car, he was yelling so much I thought hes one and only tooth was going to fall out. Chin up buddy.

For some odd reason even though I did have to pay an outstanding amount of $420 to get my car back the guys in the yard were very nice & welcoming

Yes, we misread the Clearway sign. Yes, my car was towed as a result. The Cromwell Road front of house and back of house guys were polite, respectful and gave a first-rate customer experience.

The 5 star rating only applies to the drivers. I had an evening tow and an early morning tow and on each occasion the drivers were friendly, polite and very understanding. However my evening tow was only because I had to wait 4 hours and my morning tow was a 3 hour wait. The booking times were 3pm in the afternoon and 6am in the following morning. The receptionists when I called for an update on how much longer I need to wait were not rude but not the friendliest either, they would get a 3 star rating. Clearly this company doesn't appear to have all its tow trucks on the road at all times, especially at busy periods, as the waiting times I experienced in this day and age clearly is not acceptable. In conclusion, the job was done to an excellent level, but this was only because of the drivers and not the company itself.

For getting your car towed and costing half a week's wage, the process was efficient and staff were friendly and helpful. 5/5 would not recommend to a friend

On time all the time and they like to be extra careful not to damage the car friendly service and surprisingly cheap prices my last tow with these guys only costed me $50 dollars although it was not a long travel home most other tow trucks would easily charge $70 just to called out

Don't park illegally and you won't get your car towed. Not the company's fault that you broke the law.

They have always been good for me , People who have a cry here in relation to their cars being parked in a clear way and then towed away , Read the signs where you park and take some responsibility in avoiding getting your car towed away and impounded . Its not rocket science , Its just common sense. Nationwide are just doing what they are told by the relevant councils no need to jump on here and slander them maybe take your complaint to the council responsible. Not the towing company.

Unfortunately my car has been towed here 4 times, im practically part of the furniture. But big shootout to Chris who manages to make me laugh every time i go in there (even he takes $360 off me haha). Great customer service every time by him :) thanks!

My car broke down at the clearway time in the morning, the guy from here, MG(hope I heard his name right) helped me organise all the calling racv, mechanic, and towing as well in perfectly safe manner. I also appreciate that all the staff in the office were friendly and helpful. They saved my day.

Hamish of Nationwide Towing & Transport did a fantastic job to tow our car from the garage. It was a complex and laborious process given the location and size of the garage, and Hamish patiently, safely and effectively managed to do it all by himself. On top of that, he was pleasant, and kept us fully in the loop of what he had to do. Can not recommend him enough!

Car broke down, called RACV and a Nationwide arrived within the expected time. Representative was professional, friendly and explained everything he was doing as it happened. Dropped car off at my garage and sent me a gps link to its location. Would not hesitate to contact Nationwide if I ever needed towing in the future.

I parked in a clear-away zone, not realising how long I'd be away. When I got back.... car was gone! So.... yeah... can't complain about the service; car was towed flawlessly. They've got long open hours, so I had a lot of choice regarding when to re-claim.
