Find My Vehicle
We provide clearway towing services to councils and road authorities across Melbourne. This work helps traffic flow during peak times and keeps lanes clear for emergency, transport and delivery vehicles.
A vehicle is deemed legally impounded when any part of the tow truck has made contact with the vehicle, as defined by the Department of Transport Planning.
If you believe your vehicle has been towed from a clearway, enter your registration above to check our records.

You can collect your towed vehicle from our Collingwood impound, 34 Cromwell St, Collingwood.
Monday – Friday:
6:30am – 9:00pm
Saturday:
8:00am – 1:00pm

We cannot release your vehicle to you without these three items.
VicRoads and local council municipalities authorise vehicles towed from clearways and set release fees. Fees are not negotiable and required to release your vehicle. Vehicles are towed under authority of VicRoads or the local Council municipalities. Storage fees are set by these authorities and are not negotiable.
