My motorcycle battery decided to cease working a long way from home and I am a Total Care member with RACV. I rang for assistance and a tow truck was allocated from Nationwide Towing. My saviour, Tony Eid (Fleet # 3359) arrived 30 minutes later and he proceeded to put my mind at ease with his knowledge and professionalism with securing and transporting my motorcycle. He treated my bike as if it was his own and he was very respectful of me being a female motorcyclist. I could not have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. My bike arrived home from its long journey without having moved an inch from its resting spot on the back of the truck, even through some of the dodgiest, bumpy highways and roads on the way home.
